Welcome to the mobile application “Ball Sort Puzzle: Color Match” (the “App”). The App is provided by sole proprietor Kseniia Andriivna Butsmay (RNOKPP 3317504045; address: 19 Umanska Street, apt. 21, Kamianske, Dnipropetrovsk region, Ukraine, 51909) (“we”). By installing or using the App, you agree to these terms.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on your device in accordance with the rules of the applicable app store (Google Play / App Store).
2. Restrictions
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the App or its assets to build a competing product without permission, or use the App in any way that violates the law or third-party rights.
3. Advertising and third-party services
The App contains advertising via Google AdMob. Those services are governed by Google’s third-party policies.
4. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or compatibility with every device.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of on-device data, or other consequences of using the App.
6. Termination
You may stop using the App by uninstalling it. We may discontinue support or updates over time.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, except where mandatory rules of your country of residence apply.
