1. General
By using the App, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, stop using the App and remove it from your device.
2. Categories of data that may be processed
Depending on your platform and settings, the following may apply:
- Device and diagnostic data. For example, OS version, interface language, and identifiers needed for advertising and SDK stability (see Section 3).
- Local game data. Progress such as the selected level, unlocked levels, per-level stars, in-game coins, sound/haptics preferences, and related gameplay values may be stored locally on your device in app storage. This information is not sent to our own servers, because we do not operate a backend for this App.
- Advertising and ad networks. The App may display ads to support free use. For a detailed description of data categories, partners, and your choices, see Section 3.
3. Advertising, tracking, and ad partners
The App may display advertisements through Google AdMob (Google LLC) to support free gameplay. AdMob supports multiple formats; over time we may use any combination of formats made available by AdMob, including but not limited to interstitial (full-screen), rewarded (watch-to-earn), banner, native, and app open ads, depending on how we configure the App. The categories of data involved are broadly the same across these formats when delivered through Google’s SDK (identifiers, device information, ad interactions as described below)—so adding or changing formats within AdMob does not change what we disclose here about Google’s processing. If we later integrate additional advertising SDKs or mediation partners beyond Google, we will update this policy to name them.
Google AdMob and Google’s libraries may collect or receive certain information from your device to deliver and measure ads. This may include:
- advertising identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID or Apple IDFA) and IP address;
- device type, operating system, and app version;
- general location (country or region level);
- interaction with ads (e.g., impressions and clicks), as described in Google’s policies.
Depending on your region and consent settings, we may use both personalized and non-personalized ads.
Rewarded and similar optional ads
Where we enable them, rewarded or similar formats let you voluntarily watch an ad in exchange for in-game rewards (for example, hints, coins, or other bonuses). Participation is entirely optional.
App Tracking Transparency (iOS)
On iOS 14 and later, we may request permission to track your activity across other companies’ apps and websites using Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. If granted, this may be used to deliver more relevant ads.
You choose whether to allow tracking. If you decline, you may still see ads, but they may be less relevant.
Your choices and device settings
You can limit or turn off personalized ads through your device settings:
- iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → turn off “Allow Apps to Request to Track” (wording may vary by iOS version).
- Android: Settings → Google → Ads → enable “Opt out of Ads Personalization” (or the equivalent option; naming depends on OS version and language).
Even if you opt out of personalized advertising, you may still receive non-personalized ads.
Third-party privacy policies
Google’s services (including AdMob) are governed by Google’s policies. We encourage you to review:
We do not control how Google processes your data in connection with its ad services; Google’s terms apply to those services.
4. Legal bases (GDPR)
For users in the European Economic Area, processing may rely on performance of a contract (providing the App), legitimate interests (security, SDK analytics within platform rules), or consent—especially for advertising where required by OS settings and law.
5. Sharing with third parties
Data may be processed by Google (AdMob) and related Google on-device services under their policies. We do not send your local game save data to our own servers. Please read Google’s policies and your device privacy settings.
6. Children
The App is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent where required by law. If you are a parent and believe we have collected a child’s data, contact us at the email above.
7. Storage and security
We do not operate our own server-side database for game progress in this version of the App. Protection of on-device data depends on your OS settings and device security.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to, or port your data. To exercise these rights, email tvepicchannel@gmail.com. For residents of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” and related acts apply. You can also manage ad preferences in Android/iOS system settings and Google’s tools.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The current version is always available at this URL. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy unless applicable law requires otherwise.
